Privacy Policy

Ragentech Systems ("we") is the provider of this website and the data controller for the information described here. Contact: support@ragentech.com.
Planning tools
The Floor Planner, Fleet Math and Schedule Lab run in your browser. Layouts, inputs and checklist ticks are saved in your browser's local storage on your device. We do not receive them.
AI features
When you use Rule Desk or the Rule Writer on the home page, the text you type is sent to Cloudflare Workers AI, which runs an open Meta Llama model, to generate the answer. This site does not store that text. Please do not enter personal data.
Contact messages and early-access sign-ups
If you use the contact form or join early access, your email address (and message, if any) are stored in our private Cloudflare R2 storage bucket. We use them only to reply to you, and delete them after 12 months, or sooner if you ask at support@ragentech.com.
Cookies, analytics and third parties
We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. Fonts, images and scripts are served by the site itself, with no third-party requests from your browser. Cloudflare, which delivers this site, may process technical request data such as IP addresses to operate and secure the service.
Your requests
To ask about, correct or delete a message you sent us, email support@ragentech.com.
